Sunday has finally arrived !!!!!!!!!! I cant remember the last time i have looked forward to something quite so much ( well perhaps my grandson and daughter coming to stay made me a bit more excited !!!!!!) All of my best agility friends were going to be there Claire & Wren, Dani & Lily,  Fern & Cove, Sarah & Cruise and Captain Dan & Magic :-) by the line up it was sure to be a fun filled day :-)

Well we started the day off well !!! by getting lost just as well we went early ! Though we weren’t the only ones because as we  were heading back up the narrowest lane in the world we met Jo coming the other way she was lost too! So after a quick Call to Danni and Fern to make sure they didnt make the same mistake we were off on the right road and within a matter of seconds we arrived at the right place Easy when you know how !!!

We started off our afternoon of training walking the course that Toni had set for us My goodness it was hard even harder for poor Sarah and Danni who had to read it on paper then had 2 mins to walk it in preparation for their trip to Olympia !!!

We all had a go at running the full course !!!!! ????????

 then we broke it down in to segments talked thorough different ways of handling each segment

and then we got to run it again

The lovely Mr Dooley was mad for it bless his heart !

Long gone are the days when i could just leave him lying at my feet he was leaping all over the place it was so nice to see him actually looking like he was enjoying himself instead of just going through the motions!!

He tried his hardest..... though some of the ways we have started to handle is different to us both and my timing is out (no change there then) and i was tiring in the leg department and couldn’t get to some of the places i needed to be :-(

 But I am more than happy with the effort we both put in  and the bits that we could manage were lovely .

After a little bit of a break it was time for the puppies Chilli Cove and Meddler there was another puppy there called trick he is one of Toni’s dogs puppies

We started our session by doing tunnel and a couple of jumps to warm the pups up then we did some wing wraps to the left and to the right

We followed this by doing some snake lines Chilli was really good at this ;that’s what comes of having a snake line lesson the day before J

Then the new scary dog walk I think all the puppies except for Meddler  were a bit spooked by the dog walk in a new environment Meddlers dogs walk is to die for J !!! I hope I can get Chilli’s as good as that! After a couple of slower goes their confidence was starting to build and soon they were racing along it even if I wasn’t !So Toni restrained Chilli so she could race to catch me up as I was really slowing down by this point !

We finished off our session with a line of 4 jumps where we did recalls and send on’s there was some serious bouncing going on and much excitement for the very happy puppies
