Chilli now a proper agility dog in waiting

Well here I am finally a week later than i had planned due to a nasty case of Okehamptonitus !
 which I wouldn't wish on anyone!!! A whole week of having the worse head ache in the world and being sick continually till Thursday  having to miss a lesson on Saturday and a contact workshop on Sunday :-(
 Went back to work today and am finally feeling a bit  better and just a little bit thinner :-)


Any way back to last Saturday off  we went to Okehampton to Dartmoor show, yep it was cold and damp but not raining for a change :-)
We arrived parked the car jumped out rushed to put Chilli's name down for measuring :-)  how exciting !!!!!!!!!
then off we went to walk the jumping course it looked a nice course couple of trappy bits and a bit more worryingly for me quite a long way to run !!!!

Well we made it round :-) and I didn't fall flat on my face so that was a bonus! we had a lovely round some nice tight turns fast weaves just a stumble from me that put Dooley off his stride causing him to knock a pole down:-(  the things that poor dog has to put up with!
still on the plus side he was listening to all the commands I now have to give him.

Then off to get Miss Chilli measured  whoo whoo she is now a proper agility dog in waiting :-)


Then after a cup of hot chocolate we were off to walk the agility again a nice course with not to many traps but of course we fell in to the 1st one LoL  Which was just after the A frame when you had to take the next jump then come back on your self in to the tunnel ,well I walked it, then  ran it the way I walked it, and  it still didn't feel right ? I made him go too wide ??
I need to ask Toni how I should have done it cos I have no idea ???

then it was in to the weaves yaaay they were much faster the see saw was a bit dodgy but still quite fast  a nice snake line then on to the dog walk which was wicked all that was missing was an end nothing important or any thing !!!!!!!!!!!!! still we are working on the speed so we are getting there :-)
